Websites
A brochure site has two jobs: to say what you do, and to be found when someone looks. What follows is how both are built.
What is built
The design comes out of your brand
No logo dropped onto a bought template. The type scale, the colour set, the spacing rhythm and the component set are drawn from your own material. What you get is not one page but a system: six months from now, when a new section is added, its shape is already decided.
Pages are produced at build time
Built in Next.js, with pages prepared before a visitor arrives, so there is nothing for a server to compute on request. Images are cut at the size they are used and served in modern formats; typefaces load from your own domain rather than a third party.
Technical SEO is not a layer added afterwards
Metadata, sitemap, structured data and, on a bilingual build, hreflang are set as the pages are written. The site you are reading is built the same way: the budget band and duration below are published in structured data exactly as they appear on the page, derived from one source so the two cannot drift apart.
You update the content yourself
Text and image changes do not mean coming back. Depending on the page count and how your team works, either an admin panel is set up or the content stays file-based; which of the two needs less maintenance is settled before delivery.
How the process works
01The templates get counted
How many distinct page layouts are needed, which content repeats and which is written once. This count, not the page count, is what mainly decides where a project lands in the band: a ten-page site can run on one template while a three-page one needs three separate layouts.
02One direction is argued for
Rather than three alternatives to choose between, one direction is built and shown with its reasoning. If the direction is wrong it changes; but one whole idea gets made instead of three half ones. Which decision was taken and why arrives in writing, so it can be argued with.
03Development happens at the same table as design
That a section will be expensive in the browser is visible while it is being drawn. Speed is therefore not something measured and patched after delivery but decided inside the design: how many typefaces load, what size an image is cut at, which section the browser has to compute.
04Going live
Domain, email and hosting are wired, the sitemap is submitted to search engines, the first speed measurements are taken. What transfers to you at delivery, and what stays yours afterwards, is written out item by item on the services page.
What sets the price
Where a project lands in the band is set by the number of page templates, the shape and language count of the content model, and how many outside systems the site connects to: a one-template brochure site and a multilingual product catalogue sit at opposite ends of the same band.
- how many distinct page templates are needed
- how many languages the content is kept in
- whether content is managed through a panel or file-based
- how many outside systems connect: forms, booking, payment, analytics
- whether the imagery already exists
Common questions
I have a site already. Can it be moved?
The content moves, the code does not. Text, images and addresses are carried over; the old site's code is not, because that is usually where the slowness lives. Redirecting the old addresses to the new ones is part of the scope, so the position you hold in search results today is not lost.
Are hosting and the domain included?
Setup and wiring are included; recurring fees are not. The domain's annual fee and the hosting plan are paid directly to the provider rather than passing through here. At this scale a brochure site usually stays inside hosting's free tier.
Who writes the copy?
The words come from you, the structure from here. How many characters a given heading can carry, which section cannot be left empty, and how much text goes where all arrive with the design. That way you write what you have to say instead of filling space.
How long does adding a page take later?
Adding a page to an existing template takes minutes and is your own work. If the page resembles none of the existing layouts, a new template is needed, and that is separate scope and separate time.
